Nintendo May Finally Introduce Game Demos on Wii Shop!Nintendo finally changing its tune?By Lamar Bland - 11-03-09 |

At the recent Nintendo Q&A Session at it's semi-annual Financial Results Briefing, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata stated that demos of upcoming Wii Ware titles will be introduced. He even hinted that we can see these demos appear this very month. Although the demos are strictly experimental and gamers are left in the air as whether they'll release additional demos, Nintendo believes that this will encourage more Wii owners that are connected to Wi-Fi to become even more familiar with the Wii Shop Channel. Nintendo believes that downloads on the Wii Shop Channel haven't been a huge hit yet. There is no indication if demos will be free or not, but we are all hoping that they are. It's also unclear as to whether Nintendo will make retail title demos as well. I would love to play a Super Mario Galaxy 2 demo, Nintendo. Source: Nintendo Everything |
